During the process of diversification & expansion the company realized the need to become a Private Limited company from partnership firm. In SEPETEMBER 1996 the company was re-christened to BIPIN ENGINEERS PVT. LIMITED. The quality management system was certified for ISO 9002:1994 QSS in 1996. It was upgraded through re-certification for ISO 9001:2008 QSS by INDIAN REGISTER QUALITY SYSTEMS in 2003. The collectors of solar system are manufactured under BIS License No. CM/L-7161867.

Bipin Engineers Pvt. Ltd. currently manufactures non-conventional energy equipments like Solar Water Heating Systems, Solar Lanterns, Solar Homelighting Systems, Wind Hybrid Systems and Aerogenerators.
